I engage the public in the excitement of astronomy through volunteer programs, presentations, talks and articles. I write for Astronomy magazines and astronomy club newsletters.  I write science content and blogs for many NASA/JPL websites. Funding and education proposals, and vendor statement of work/subcontracts a specialty. Retiring from NASA JPL December 2018

Formerly an executive in banking and utility industries for 25 years, bank vice president and chief financial officer, technical writing department and accounting department manager. Self employed financial consultant in finance, project management and technical writing for ten years after banking career.

Specialties: Accomplished published popular science writer, well known amateur astronomer, One of the first NASA spacecraft social media spokespersons, technical writing professional in many fields, public speaking on science, astronomy, and education over 25 years. Science script writer and host 2007 - 2018 of the popular NASA podcast: What's Up (in the night sky). Design, create, implement and upload my monthly podcast products since 2007 - 138  podcasts as of December 2018.
