Bio

I have over 13 years of experience in research and evaluation for educational programs for youth and adults and grant programs. My background includes public health, clinical outcomes research, continuing medical education, and formal and informal K-12 education. I also specialize in proposal and grant writing. I currently am the lead evaluator for a U.S. Department of Education Investing in Innovation (i3) teacher professional development program and am the co-director of an i3 focused on building a digital serious game that foster middle and high school student motivation for school success. I also am the lead evaluator for CosmoQuest education programs. My professional interests include youth and educator identity development and career preparation and decision-making. I have developed a measure of students seeing themselves as pursuing STEM education and careers. For more information, please contact me.
