Would you like to bring real NASA Earth science into your classroom? Discover MY NASA DATA (MND), your key to over 200 easy-to-use microsets of data of Earth’s atmosphere, biosphere, ice, ocean, land surface, and more. Explore many of these data sets in the new Mapping Our World Interactive, which features 25 unique views of the planet and related NASA resources.
Learn more about these resources during a one-hour Google+ hangout with Preston Lewis and Sarah Crecelius, education outreach coordinators with Science Systems and Applications, Inc. (SSAI) at the NASA Langley Research Center.
Designed primarily for educators, this event will introduce participants to the MND sources on the interactive, how to navigate the MND portal to access the many tools available, including MND’s Live Access Server (LAS), a large number of lesson plans, and more.
Submit your questions before or during the hangout in the comments section of the event or via Twitter using #mynasadata.
