Christy Wall, New Mexico GLOBE Coordinator for GLOBE Mission EARTH collaborated with the Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) in Los Alamos, NM to get students outside using GLOBE during school closures due to COVID-19. PEEC is producing an online series called “Take it Outside” that includes information about a specific phenomenon, craft ideas for kids, and outdoor challenges. The goal of this series is to provide parents with ideas to keep their students engaged in science as they continue classes from home.
