“Wetlands” is a comprehensive unit plan for students in grades 9-12 that provides hands on and laboratory investigations that evaluates human impacts on saltmarsh ecosystems while integrating field work activities utilizing GLOBE, My NASA Data and many other NASA educational resources, content and platforms.

This unit was developed by Carol Wang-Mondaca, an in-service high school teacher currently under the mentorship of GISS scientist Dr. Dorothy Peteet.
