This is the SECOND webinar in the series supporting GLOBE’s Urban Heat Island Effect (UHIE)-Surface Temperature Field Campaign lead by Dr. Kevin Czajkowski, University of Toledo. •Dr. David Padgett, scientist, describes the science behind satellite data
