The GLOBE Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Task Force aims to increase visibility of underrepresented populations in science. As part of this effort, this Thursday, GLOBE is celebrating National American Sign Language Day with the help from Ms. Jillian Anderson and her students from the Lexington School for the Deaf. Jillian is a GLOBE teacher and also a NASA GISS: Climate Change Research Initiative Educator Ambassador. Lexington students will teach us about ASL and will show us how to sign some frequently used GLOBE terms in ASL!

In collaboration with Columbia University’s Earth Institute, we would like to invite you to a series of webinars for K-12 students and educators. The EI LIVE K-12 channel will feature experts from across the Earth Institute presenting relevant sustainability content in 45-minute live sessions for K12 students and educators.  This Thursday, J.
