The Heliophysics Education Activation Team (HEAT, formerly NSSEC) is hiring a full-time STEM Educator to help us develop and distribute the Afterschool Universe and NASA Family Science Night informal education curricula. This position will be based at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD, but is likely to initially be fully remote, based on pandemic conditions.

The next NNEA meeting will be on Thursday, April 8, 2021, from 4-5pm PDT via Zoom. Our speakers are Alexander Vasquez, an Autistic college student at Sonoma State University, and his mentor Dr. Lynn Cominsky, an award-winning Professor in the Physics and Astronomy Department at Sonoma State University. Alex will discuss his experiences working on NASA STEM projects and Prof. Cominsky will discuss the N3 program.
