Coursera Announces Professional Development Courses for K-12 Educators

Earlier this week, Coursera officially announced the launch of a teacher professional development category. For those who are not familiar, Coursera is one of the big three websites offering Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). This new category has been built from partnerships with seven different colleges of education and a number of museums, including the Exploratorium and the American Museum of Natural History.
