REU Site Program in Solar and Space Physics: Now Accepting Applications
The University of Colorado and its partners (NOAA/SEC & NGDC, NCAR/HAO, SwRI, NWRA/CoRA, CIRES) invite applications for a summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program for highly motivated students interested in solar and space physics. Project opportunities span the field of solar and space physics, from instrument hardware to data analysis to modeling of the Sun-Earth system. Program is open to current sophomore and junior undergraduates. The program will run from June 10, 2012 through August 5, 2012. Successful applicants will receive stipend, room and board, and travel allowance.
